CRN-International’s (CRN-I) annual symposium in conjunction with the meeting of the Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses will take place this year on Dec. 2 in Hamburg, Germany. This year’s theme is “Optimal Nutrition and the Ever-Changing Dietary Landscape.” CRN-I will announce the event to the public soon.

Coming up even sooner, CRN will hold a reception and scientific talk in New Delhi, India, on Sept. 25, before the Codex Coordinating Committee for Asia meeting. Dr. B. H. Lim, Chairperson of the Scientific Committee of ASEAN Alliance of Health Supplement Associations will speak on the use of Codex guidelines for vitamin and mineral food supplements in the establishment of ASEAN maximum levels of vitamins and minerals in health supplements.
