Chai-Maple Old FashionedSangria + TonicPrized Pony (Pomegranate Moscow Mule)

 



 

 

Chai-Maple Old Fashioned

  • ½ teaspoon of sugar muddled with 1 teaspoon of water and 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters, or
  • chai-maple simple syrup [16 oz water, 16 oz pure maple syrup, cinnamon sticks, star anise, cardamon, vanilla extract, 6–8 chai tea bags, orange peels]
  • 2 oz bourbon/whiskey/barrel aged gin
  • 2–3 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Ice
  • Orange peel

 

 


 

Sangria + Tonic

  • 1 bottle dry red wine (tempranillo, merlot, pinot noir, or other)
  • 4 oz brandy
  • 4 oz triple sec
  • Cut orange slices, apples, lemons, and limes—the classics! Feel free to add almost any fruit here
  • Splash of tonic, seltzer, or sparkling like prosecco

 

 


Prized Pony (Pomegranate Moscow Mule)

  • Crushed ice
  • ½ oz of fresh squeezed lime juice & lime wedges
  • 2 oz of vodka
  • 3–4 oz of ginger beer / ginger ale
  • ½ oz Pama (pomegranate liqueur)
  • OPTIONAL: ½ oz Domaine Canton (ginger liqueur)
  • Small handful of pomegranate seeds
  • One sprig of rosemary or mint
