Meet our moderator and presenters


Blake Stanhouse is the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Onnit, a subsidiary of Unilever specializing in science-driven dietary supplements for cognitive health. With 17 years of experience in the sports nutrition industry, Blake launched his career at Bodybuilding.com and has since held key regulatory roles at companies such as Vitacost and Bulletproof Nutrition. In his current role, he oversees Onnit's regulatory affairs, ensuring compliance and supporting the company's commitment to innovation and quality in the health and wellness sector. 

Dr. Jeff Gladd, MD, Chief medical officer, Fullscript, since 2019, advises on company and product direction with the perspective of integrative and family medicine. Dr. Gladd graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2001 and, after successfully opening a family practice, shifted focus toward health-promoting care by completing the University of Arizona Integrative Medicine fellowship program under the direction of Dr. Andrew Weil, MD in 2009 and opening the Parkview Health Center for Integrative Medicine.

In 2010, Dr. Gladd opened GladdMD Integrative Medicine, blending health-promoting care with high-access technology. In 2011, he created and launched the web’s first nutrient depletion calculator, Mytavin.com. With the success of GladdMD and Mytavin, Dr. Gladd has become a sought-after speaker in his field, speaking at TEDx and being featured in various industry publications.

Kelly C. Heim, PhD, is Senior Consultant of Medical Affairs at Pure Encapsulations®. He received his doctoral degree in pharmacology from Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College and specializes in the pharmacodynamics, ADME properties and drug interaction potential of natural compounds. Joosang Park, PhD, is a principal scientist at the department of Ingredient and Product Science & Safety at Herbalife. Since he joined Herbalife in 2015, he serves as a technical contributor and source of expertise in the safety and efficacy of ingredients and natural products. He is also en-gaged in preclinical and clinical studies while providing scientific input for innovation activities.
