Michael Anthonavage, VP of Product Development & Innovation, Vitaquest

Michael Anthonavage is Vice President of Product Development and Innovation at Vitaquest International, where he leads strategic innovation initiatives that drive growth, product differentiation, and quality across the nutraceutical industry. With more than 25 years of experience spanning consumer health, nutraceuticals, personal care, and clinical research, he has built a career translating scientific advances into successful commercial solutions.

Prior to joining Vitaquest, Michael served as Vice President of Operations & Technology at Eurofins Clinical Research Laboratories and held senior scientific and technology leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products as well as at a variety of technology suppliers such as Vantage Specialty Chemicals and Presperse. Michael is also a member of and chair of the NYSCC Scientific Committee. Throughout his career, he has led innovation pipelines, technology platforms, operational excellence initiatives, and strategic partnerships across global organizations.

A frequent industry speaker, educator, published author, and named inventor on multiple patents, Michael is recognized for connecting scientific rigor with business strategy. He holds advanced degrees in biology and is ASCP certified.

Her responsibilities include handling external relations for several of CRN’s self-regulatory coalitions and projects. She earned her B.S. in cellular and molecular biology and genetics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
