MAY 6, 2024 – CRN announces the addition of seven new members to its global roster. APRIL 22, 2024 – CRN announced today that a federal judge in New York State's age restriction law case ruled that the association has standing to sue on behalf of its members, allowing the case to move forward. A motion for a preliminary injunction that would have delayed the law from going into effect was, however, denied late Friday.

APRIL 23, 2024 – CRN announces that Sauda Johnson has joined the organization’s membership team as its new director, education and events.

APRIL 15, 2024 – CRN proudly announces the adoption of two sets of new voluntary guidelines: one focused on the formulation, labeling, and packaging of melatonin-containing dietary supplements marketed for sleep support, and another dedicated to the labeling of gummy dietary supplements.

APRIL 3, 2024 – CRN announced today that it has filed an emergency motion seeking to prevent enforcement by the New York State Attorney General of a new law passed in 2023 that will age-restrict the sale of certain dietary supplements.

MARCH 13, 2024 – CRN today announced the filing of a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of a recently enacted New York law that would restrict consumer access to safe and beneficial health products. The suit seeks an injunction to prohibit the enforcement of new age-based restrictions on the purchase of certain dietary supplements in the state of New York.

MARCH 7, 2024 – CRN and Radicle Science are partnering to establish the Trailblazing Woman Award, the nutrition industry’s first award to honor the achievements of bold women in the wellness space.

MARCH 6, 2024 – CRN will host a four-hour virtual toxicology workshop entitled Litigation, AI, Safety and Beyond: A Toxicologist's Focus on Supplements on Wednesday, April 10, at 12 p.m. EST.

MARCH 4, 2024 – CRN will host its annual conference, CONVERGENCE ’24, in Salt Lake City on Wednesday–Friday, October 9–11, at the Grand America Hotel. The gathering will commence with its Science in Session symposium and WellComms workshop on Wednesday, followed by the main conference targeting the entire C-suite of industry stakeholders beginning that evening and continuing on October 10 and 11.

FEBRUARY 14, 2024 – CRN announced new Voluntary Guidelines for Industry that will assure online customers have access to the same product information available to shoppers purchasing the same items in store locations.
