'Now, New, Next' Sponsorship Opportunities

We're grateful for our sponsors that help support CRN's events! We offer event sponsorships available at a variety of price points to fit your company's budget and marketing needs. Please see answers to frequently asked questions about sponsorships and additional details and deadlines here. Please contact Carl Hyland with questions or if you'd like to sponsor our 2020 events.

 

CRN Gold Industry Leader Level $15,000 

  1. Be assigned—and host—a branded breakout room, which will hold up to 25 people at any one time. These branded rooms are for end-of-day networking on the days of the Now, New, Next conference.  
  2. Two free registrations to CRN's Science Sessions and Now, New, Next conference.
  3. Dedicated Sponsor Page. 
  4. Video for their Sponsors Page: Sponsors may supply—or record on CRN's platform—a video which they may post on their Sponsor Page.
  5. Logo will run on the sponsor reel. 
  6.  Ability to supply a white paper to CRN, which CRN will send to all attendees who opt-in to receive direct communication.  This white paper may be on an ingredient, or on an important industry issue.  (White paper subject to CRN approval).
  7. Listing in the conference agenda of:
     - Your logo as a sponsor
    - Link to your branded, breakout room.
  8. CRN Gift Box: Sponsors at this level may include a gift/product in the CRN Gift Box to be sent to attendees of the Now, New, Next conference.  (Gift and timing subject to CRN approval).
  9. Ability to provide one business card in the business card holder, which will hold business cards from sponsors.

  10. A feature—on the company or a company executive—in an edition of the CRN Daily Supplement newsletter in 2020, or in Q1 2021.
  11. And a free ad in the new CRN app in 2020 or in Q1 2021.  

 

Exclusive CRN Platinum Level Sponsor — Annual Conference $21,000

All benefits of the CRN Gold Industry Leader sponsors (listed above) plus:

  1. Highest level of recognition and branding—including logo on home page of CRN events microsite, and logo incorporated into registration page.
  2. Ability to introduce a conference session. Sponsor may pre-record a video introducing a conference session or a panel discussion using CRN's platform.
  3. Host a featured speaker in the sponsor’s branded breakout room.
  4. Four free registrations to CRN's Science Sessions and Now, New, Next conference.

 

CRN Premier Sponsors — Annual Conference  $18,000

All benefits of the CRN Gold Industry Leader sponsors (listed above) plus:

  1. Premier level of recognition and branding.
  2. Ability to introduce a conference session. Sponsor may pre-record a video introducing a conference session or a panel discussion using CRN's platform.
  3. Host a featured speaker in the sponsor’s branded breakout room.
  4. Three free registrations to CRN's Science Sessions and Now, New, Next conference.

 

CRN Industry Supporter $10,000 

  1. ONE free registration to CRN's Science in Session and Now, New, Next conference.
  2. Dedicated Sponsor Page. 
  3. Video for their Sponsors Page: Sponsors may supply—or record on CRN's platform—a video which they may post on their Sponsor Page.
  4. Logo will run on the sponsor reel. 
  5. Ability to supply a white paper to CRN, which CRN will send to all attendees who opt-in to receive direct communication.  This white paper may be on an ingredient, or on an important industry issue.  (White paper subject to CRN approval).
  6. CRN Gift Box: Sponsors at this level may include a gift/product in the CRN Gift Box to be sent to attendees of the Now, New, Next conference at a discounted rate of $1,000.  (Gift and timing subject to CRN approval).

CRN Entertainment Sponsors $15,000

  1. Premier level of After-Session Recognition and Branding.
  2. Ability to introduce an After-Session Entertainment Event. Sponsor may pre-record a video introducing an entertainment event using CRN's platform. 
  3. Plus Gold Level deliverables 3–11.
  4. One free registration to CRN's Science Sessions and Now, New, Next conference.

 

CRN Industry Fitness Sponsor $11,000

  1. Exclusive sponsor of a pre-recorded 30-minute Fitness/Workout Video. This video will appear on the scheduled agenda three times on Thursday corresponding to 8 am EST, Central and Pacific. 
  2. CRN will provide branded fitness equipment (stretch bands or similar) OR branded water bottles for inclusion in the conference gift box.
  3. Plus Gold Level deliverables 3–11.
  4. One free registration to  CRN's Science Sessions and Now, New, Next conference.

 

CRN Industry Wellness Sponsor $11,000

  1. Exclusive sponsor of a pre-recorded 30-minute Yoga or Guided Meditation. This video will be on the scheduled agenda three times on Friday, corresponding to 8 am EST, Central and Pacific. 
  2. Sponsor will provide essential oils for inclusion in the conference gift box. 
  3. Plus Gold Level deliverables 3–11.
  4. One free registration to the Ann CRN's Science Sessions and Now, New, Next conference.

 

CRN Digital Photo Booth—for both Science in Session and the Now, New, Next conference $10,000

  1. Exclusive sponsor of the Science in Session and Now, New, Next conference Photo Booths—branded to the sponsor—which registrants use to take and upload their photos to the profile page.  Note: CRN may use the Photo Booth for other fun, on-site purposes TBD.
  2. Plus Gold Level deliverables 3–11.

Includes text listing on sponsor reel.

  • Coffee Break Sponsor—$5 Starbucks personalized gift cards for all attendees, branded to the sponsor
