Grapes for the gut: Grape powder supplementation is found to significantly modify the gut microbiome and cholesterol/bile acid metabolism, suggesting that grapes may have prebiotic effects and support cholesterol management. (Nutrients)
Cognitive support for obese populations: Ketone supplements containing β-hydroxybutyrate (β-OHB) improved cognition in adults with obesity, which may be partly facilitated by improvements in cerebral blood flow. (Journal of Physiology)
