When it comes to dietary supplements, scientific nuance often gets lost in the headlines. Studies with complex findings are frequently reduced to misleading soundbites—turning carefully designed research into clickbait. For the dietary supplement industry, this misreporting not only misleads consumers but creates significant public affairs challenges for companies trying to communicate responsibly.

Join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion that exposes how and why the science behind supplements is so often misrepresented in media coverage. This webinar will unpack:

  • Real-world examples of misinterpreted studies and the media narratives they fueled
  • The role of poor nutrition science literacy in shaping public misunderstanding
  • How companies can proactively correct misinformation and protect brand integrity
  • Tactics for improving scientific storytelling in public-facing communications

Whether you're in communications, regulatory affairs, or scientific research, this session will equip you with insights to anticipate—and address—the ripple effects of bad science reporting.
