Senior Director, Marketing and Member Experience
Ms. Powers oversees development of CRN's content and platforms for its member communications, with a focus on enhancing the experience and engagement of our dietary supplement industry executive members. Key initiatives include CRN's member newsletter, the “CRN Daily Supplement,” and the new mobile app "CRN Connect." In addition, Ms. Powers oversees the association's overall visual identity, including its website and marketing materials for membership, as well as an array of industry-wide events, educational programs and initiatives. Most recently, sh played a key role leading the visual design and website development for the award-winning “Label Wise” educational campaign. Other highlights include branding of and B2B advertising campaign development for the industry-wide “Supplement OWL” label database.
Associated with CRN since 1999, she rejoined the CRN in-house team in 2013 after several years as an independent communications consultant working with the association along with small business clients. Earlier in her career, she worked in the graphics and marketing departments of the Chicago architectural firm Holabird & Root.
