Latest additions to member roster advance dietary supplement ingredient science and distribution, women’s health, clinical research, and regulatory compliance
WASHINGTON—The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN), the leading trade association for the dietary supplement and functional food industry, today announced new member companies following approval by its board of directors during its quarterly meeting in December 2025.
New Voting Members:
- CJ BIO, a business unit of CJ CheilJedang, is a world-class green biotechnology company with over 60 years of fermentation expertise since it began MSG production in 1964. Leveraging specialized microbial resources and proprietary fermentation technology, CJ BIO produces savory flavors, plant-based protein ingredients, and feed supplements. Built on clinical and medical expertise and providing solutions to real-life experiences, Perelel bridges the gap in women's health with research-backed, high-quality and clean solutions and community programs and support to empower women's well-being—from conception through menopause and beyond.
- Univar Solutions is a global distributor of ingredients and specialty products for the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical industries. New Associate Members:
